1 - Discovery - We first schedule a call for you to share your current situation, challenges and the ideal outcomes of working together.
2 - Proposal - we spend time building a customized price for your business and present it to you along with optional services. From here, we will make adjustments and determine the ideal package that is tailored to your business.

Would you want a general contractor to provide you an rough estimate, without looking at your detailed drawings/specs/plans? A lot goes into building a house, similar to constructing viable options for your finance department. We value the work that goes into building your financial department in the same way, we will spend a lot of time building and scope of work and detailed estimate for you - that way you can benefit whether we work together or we aren't the best fit.

After our first call, you'll have a better understanding if of the scope of service we could provide and relative price range. The entire takes about 3 to 5 business days from the initial discovery to proposal.
After you accept the proposal, within 24 hours, you'll meet with our onboarding team for a kick-off call who will give you access to all your apps as we work through the systems setup. You'll then meet with your CPA where you'll cover the work schedule in more detail, review the financial workflow, highlight important tax planning points and we'll get to work.

We only accept pre-authorized debit or VISA/Mastercard/AMEX payments. At the time of the proposal, our clients provide this information, and our system, Ignition which automates the invoicing process.

Once we agree to a price, a proposal is sent and accepted online. The amount is then withdrawn from your bank account each month on the same day. We use Ignition to process all direct debits to your account.

We use QBO and Xero with industry speciifc bolt-ons for businesses under $5M in revenue, and customized solutions for businesses with over $5M in revenue.
We customize a technology stack best fitted to your needs. The most common accounting ledgers we work with are QBO or Xero
Through Dext (Formerly Receipt Bank). This is integrated with your accounting ledger and is one of the top-rated tools on the market. Your subscription to DEXT is included in our price.
